The Options tabs of the Order Detail page allows you to view additional information about the specific options, if any, associated with the order. This information comes from the builder's job/task information stored in BuildPro. This page displays the following standard order information:

• Account Name - Builder account name appears centered at the top of the page.

• Order Type - Either Purchase Order, Work Order, or Memo.

• Builder's Order Number -- represents the order number generated and assigned by the builder.

• Order Status - Displays the current supplier order status: Accepted, Canceled, Complete, Incomplete, Received, Rescheduled.

• Builder Status - Usually represents the order status as updated by the builder superintendent using BuildPro. Valid builder statuses include: Complete, all items received, and Incomplete, where the quantity received by the builder is less than the quantity shipped by the supplier. Other builder statuses include: blank, no response from the builder, and non-responsive, assigned manually by the supplier.

The following functions are available from this page:

• To display a printable version of the order, including information from all Order Detail tabs, click View Printable.

• Click the job link to access the Job Summary page.

• To view the current Job Schedule with up-to-date schedule dates, click View Schedule.

• Select any of the links at the bottom of the page to view orders by status:

• Click View Received Orders to view all orders submitted to your company from BuildPro.

• Click View Rescheduled Orders to view all orders rescheduled by the builder.

• Click View To Do Orders to view all accepted orders pending shipment.

• Click View Complete Orders to view all completely shipped orders.

• Click View Alert Orders to view all orders with alerts.
