Order Search

The Order Search page allows the user to search for orders by several filter options, including order number, account, order status, and job address.

 

To perform a Quick Search for jobs:

  1. Enter at least 5 letters or numbers in the Address field.

  2. Click the Search button. The job or jobs that match your search appear on the page.

 

To search for orders, choose from the following filters:

  1. In the Builder's Order # field, type the builder order number, or a portion of the builder order number.

Orders with (E) next to the Builder Order Number are EPOs. Orders with (NTE) are NTE EPOs. (What is an NTE EPO?) A Not To Exceed (NTE) EPO is a purchase order where initially the order total is unknown, but the supplier has guaranteed the builder that the total will not exceed a specified amount.

  1. In the Supplier's Order # field, type the supplier order number, or a portion of the supplier order number.

  2. In the Lot # field, type the lot number.

  3. In the Block # field, type the necessary block number.

  4. Click the Account field and choose the appropriate builder account.

  5. Click the Order Type drop-down box and choose an order type.

  6. Click the Order Status drop-down box and choose an order status.

  7. Enter text into the Task Filter field.

  8. Click the Search button.

 

To change how the information is displayed:

  1. To change the number of orders displayed on each page, select an alternate setting from the Rows Per Page list.

If more than one page appears, use the paging buttons to scroll through your list.

Click to locate the first page of information.

Click to see the previous page.

Click to see the next page.

Click to see the last page.

  1. Click any column heading on the page to sort the list by that heading.

  2. To view additional information on the order, click the order number link in the Builder order number column to access the Order Detail page.

 

To update an order:

  1. Use the Supplier field for any supplier-related information, such as the invoice number.

  2. Use the Task Filter field to assign a task or job specific description, such as a particular pickup location or to assign a crew to the task.

  3. Click the check box next to each order you want to update.

  4. Scroll down and click the Update Supplier Info for Selected Orders button.

 

Printing Options

  1. Click the View Printable link to get a version of the Orders Search list that can be sent to your printer.

  2. Click the check box next to each order you want to print.

  3. Scroll down and click the Print Selected Orders button to get printable purchase orders.

  4. Or, to get delivery tickets (purchase orders without the prices), select the desired orders, then scroll down and click the Print Delivery Tickets button.
